7 Day Free Returns,
If you want to return this item, please keep the item in its original condition with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Failure may make the item ineligible for returns/refunds.
You can exchange this item for a different size/color available with the same seller. All the products that are sent as the fulfillment of the order are tested to be complete authentic product & complies to the norms of strict quality inspection done to check any flaw for torn or unstitched portion of the product .
The product can be replaced if the size is not fit for the person ordered.
The product is only eligible for replacement if the request for the replacement or a ticket has been raised from the order panel within 6 hours of the receiving of the order .
Products that are sold outside India 
** Products sold out side India cannot be refunded unless the order is exceeding U.S $ 1000 . The 50 % part of the shipping charges has to be borne by the customer & the other 50% has to be borne by the Jaconet.
All the available sizes of the product is made available on the order page & customization of the product is entertained if the body measurements are provided to the user on the website . Return of customized product cannot be entertained. it can be rectified and sent back . In those cases the customer had to bear the shipping charges to the location of store .
Returning Seller Fulfilled Items
The return timelines for seller-fulfilled items sold on are equivalent to the return timelines mentioned above for items fulfilled by Jaconet Apparels.
If you’ve received a seller-fulfilled product in a condition that is damaged, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on, returns are subject to the seller approval for the return.
If you do not receive a response from the seller in 2 business days of requesting then the customer is eligible to get the full refund of the product cost deducting the shipping charges for the product.

These items are not eligible for self-return. The seller will arrange the return pick up for these items or can instruct the receiver to send that back to the Jaconet or to self return the product.
Returning Global Store Items
The General Return Policy is applicable for all Jaconet Apparel Products (“Product”). If the Product is eligible for a refund on return, you can choose to return the Product either through courier Pickup or Self-Return**
Note Once the package is received at Jaconet apparel fulfillment center , it takes 2 (two) business days for the refund to be processed and 3- 5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. - If your return is due to a Jaconet error you'll receive a full refund, excluding the shipping charges (onward & return) along with import fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
**For products worth more than INR 25000, we only offer Self-Return option.

What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Jaconetapparel Returns policy.

Note: If you need to contact the seller for a return and the seller fails to address your query in two business days, then you can claim a refund as per Jaconetapparel Guarantee is available to you.

If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Jaconetapparel Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Jaconetapparel account (as Jaconet Pay balance).

When will I get my refund?

Can my order be replaced?
Only Fulfilled by Jaconetapparel  items, Prime eligible items and few Seller Fulfilled items can be replaced.
If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.
Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, a refund is issued

Refund Timelines
Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by Jaconetapparel or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return:
If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.
If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft.
We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.
For Seller-Fulfilled orders:
For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In any case where a refund is required, the seller(s) need to authorize that refund. Jaconetapparel can assist in facilitating refunds for you only when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, the above refund time period will apply for processing refunds.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Jaconet account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Shipping Cost Refunds For Fulfilled by Jaconetapparel and Prime Eligible items, return shipping costs of up to Rs. 100 will be refunded. The cost of gift-wrapping will also be refunded, if any.
Note: If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us for an additional refund. For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted.
If you're returning a Seller-Fulfilled item, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, a seller might ask you to provide the courier receipt.
Note: The seller will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of change-of-mind returns.
